This smoker is soooo easy, assembly was simple, says you need 2 ppl and i was able to do it solo. I have made all the smoked food you can think if, ribs(amazing), pulled pork( delicious) and brisket( so tender). Would recommend for anyone

Only done two cooks, but what I've learned is the temperature swings are higher on 225 and lower but when on 250 or above it stays more consistent. The smoke flavor seems to be less intense than a stick burner but with a busier life now, this allows for smoked meats without the constant attention.

I bought this for my husband after spending so much money on less expensive grills that didn't last long. Being a pellet grill, i was worried that it would be difficult to learn to use, but it was pretty easy. The drip pan decreases the amount of grease/oils that would usually stick to the grills and burners, again making it easy to clean up. It seems a little pricey BUT it is a solid grill that should last years.

Extremely happy with this smoker. It my first one and had nothing but good cooks through and through. Straight forward instructions on how to use it and a great cook book. The temperatures stay constant and steady. Just set it and forget it. You won't regret this purchase

I love my new grill. I got a great price on the grill that I wanted. I could go on about the features of the grill but there’s tons of them already, hence the reason I bought this particular model. What I am equally impressed with is the customer care at the Hagerstown, Md. location and the subsequent delivery afterwards. The Best Buy staff went out of their way to ensure I received my grill after a mixup with the initial pick up of the grill. After realizing that an error had occurred they tracked one down for me and had it delivered to my home. The drivers were very courteous and helpful and delivered it to my home. I am very happy and grateful. Thank you again!

I was able to get this grill on sale and it has been worth every penny. Using the grill and the app you can download has renewed my love of cooking!

This grill is great I had a smaller one this went on sale so i got it i have a charcoal grill a gas grill and this electric grill its nothing like a charcoal grill but this is great all depends on the taste u looking for

The traeger grill is excellent. It is very easy to cook on with a controlled temperature, Meat comes out cooked to perfection and tasting delicious. I would highly recommend this grill to others.

Excellent smoke, especially for beginners. Smoke is consistent temperature is slightly off but by 2-5 degrees nothing major. 9.5/10 get it make things a lot easier!

Easy to use but does take more time than a propane grill but the food tastes so much better.

I highly recommend this grill for anyone who enjoys smoked food but is a novice. I have just started getting into smoking meats and this grill is a game changer. Other than basting your meat, the grill does everything else for you. I was able to smoke the Thanksgiving turkey using this grill and I received compliments from every family member who attended our gathering. Everyone commented on how juicy and tasty the turkey was. I strongly encourage you to buy it. You won't regret it.

Works well for the price. Wish you would get the pull up shelf that goes on front of the smoker with it. I think the shelf is 80 or 90 bucks separately. Other then that its pretty good. Holds temp a lot better then my old Pit Boss.

Love this smoker/grill combo. Perfect soze for small or large gatherings. So many accessories you can add to keep organized.

We just love our grill. It is so easy to use. I cooked a large brisket and it came out perfect. Our kitchen oven broke so my son used the Trager grill to cook homemade pizza and it cooked perfectly
