Best Buy saved the day. Tech option was beyond expectations. Traeger has zero support for product. 2nd smoker was delivered and works. The digital numbers are vastly discrepant (lower) when compared to analog oven thermometer placed next to Traeger temp gauge. If this one breaks I wouldnt buy another Traeger for my money. It smokes, it does not exceed 350F full tilt running for hours. Traeger support while kind, wanted my to take my smoker apart and self install new parts. Not acceptable option for a new smoker. Smoker cup is the same size as smaller models. You just get a bigger barrel to smoke in with this model.
