    Couldn’t find a better pellet grill around this around price range. I had an issue with maintenance of temperature on my first use but its working well now.

    Sturdy built, shortly after purchase digital display would show lines not numbers and middle of a cook it would stop burning the pellets, smoker was still on and pumping pellets which ended up over flowing on top of that ruined my cook. Customer service told me take into a local store to exchange after telling me it was out of stock only for me to waste time and energy hauling around this smoker when upon arrival i was told they cang exchange it because of it being out of stock. I was forced to return it however now this smoker has gone up on price by $200 and i bought accessories for this specific smoker that im now out of luck as well. DISASTER.

    Works great. There is a slight learning curve to it compared to a gas Weber grill and a masterbuilt electric smoker. Only downside I've noticed is it was a little difficult to get a nice sear on a steak. I'll have to try again and see if I can perfect that. I highly recommend this pellet grill

    Love this grill but the hinges bend cause the grill not to close properly to keep in the smoke and heat

    I was excited about getting this grill, but the guys who assembled my grill damaged it. I don't think they knew what they were doing as they didn't read the instructions and left some of the lock washers off. Best Buy tried to replace it but the replacement grill they sent was damaged as well. I wasted two weeks getting this resolved. Not happy that I settled for a damaged grill. Cooking out for my son's 15th birthday was more important than waiting another week or so for another replacement.
