I waited for this set to go on sale because I was hesitant to pay this much for a cooking set. All of my T-Fal frying pans warped the first or second time I used them, and I needed a replacement because everything was burning and sticking in the centers of the pans. These are thick aluminum - thicker than my cast iron frying pan! I think that the only way to get these to warp would be to beat them on the end of a 2x4! Knowing what I now know, I would have gladly paid full price. Awesome.
