    Crazy pricey, But it’s the ultimate Optimus. There was an ankle issue on mine where they were flipped.

    I find it extremely upsetting i haven't recieved the product i pre-ordered months ago. I cant beging to explain how important this purchase is, which I would have done else where knowing a reputable company such as Bestbuy would drop the ball. I should have recieved the item buy release day, now I am asked to wait to week's for a possible refund while this product it unavailable. I greatly hope my message reaches the correct department to follow up. Order Number:BBY01-806964250096
