purchased this new trend micro on 2/28/2023 from best Buy online tried to download today 3/4/2023 does not work tried 2 times keeps saying order code is Expired not good contacted customer service best buy no help, called trend micro no answer. I have been using trend micro for many years on many devices per year. Trend micro has dropped the ball on this deal
i even e mailed trend micro still no response. not good i bought and paid for this already Not Good.

There are parts of it that I don't like on how it addresses email I received. How it functions when I go to sites to shop and the multiple pop ups to control how I'm able to use the sites. I bought it. It is hard to do research on how the software works prior to purchase.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE MAC

SPEC state it's compatible with Apple Mac. IT IS NOT! I spent almost 5 hours working with multiple Best Buy tech support and remote assistance and no one could resolve the problem. Furthermore, the emails I got take me either to my Best Buy Digital Library, which does not have this download, or to Trend Micro website, which has ONLY "Anti-Virus" available for Apple. The Ultimate Security download is ONLY a .exe file for PC. Then I spent 2 hours trying to get a refund since (1) I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS PRODUCT, (2) THIS PRODUCT WAS INCORRECTLY MARKETED AS COMPATIBLE FOR APPLE MAC.
