Link didn’t work, but managed ok

Since I already had an existing Trend micro Anti virus, I just gave them a call & they were able to walk me trough it. It wasn’t super complicated as they helped me out, but inconvenient from Best Buy.

Love software but digital wouldn't download

Bought digital version but refused to download. Had to get geek squad involved to make it happen. Wont buy digital again. Software itself is awesome.

Shoulda' done it sooner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had trouble uploading because I didn't automatically renew so that I could purchase from Best Buy with Rewards (operator issue, not the product). I left it for months and only had the microsoft security that came on my lap top. When I finally did load it, it immediately provided warnings about various web sites, etc. Seems to do much more than what came on the lap top - which I guess is why you purchase additional security!
