Have to speak to someone. Reached out via chat. 10 minutes in i got disconnected. Had to start over. Got busy at work. Another year goes by and another $50 comes out of my acct. Try to cancel via chat again. Get about 10 minutes in. End up getting disconnected once again. Get busy at work. A year later another $50 comes out. Only today when i decided to punch out of work and dedicate 30 minutes to this BS did i finally get it cancelled and how nice of them to give me a .41 cent refund on something that hasnt been installed on my PC in almost 3 years. $150 is what they got out of me because you cant just click a button and cancel.

I never even opened it or downloaded it!! Guess what'? one year later i get an email that this will be auto renewed and charging my credit card! if your not paying attention it will renew. I went to cancel and it wouldnt allow me unless i spoke to someone! so this crazy company added one extra step to stop you from cancelling and made you spend another 15 min of your life to double check that you didnt want this renewed even though you never even opened the package in the first place!! RIDICULOUS!! Never again Trend Micro !!

Terrible antivirus software

Since installing this program to my laptop I have nothing but problems when my laptop updates. I have another laptop that does not have this software and it updates just fine. I will stick with the antivirus software that I have always used and trust.
