Poor/Incomplete download instructions - total pain

Downloading it was a total headache. An email was sent with download instructions. It stated that the download would be available in my Best Buy account in the digital library - it was not. I attempted to download it outside of the digital library and was asked for a serial number that was not provided in any of the order information or instruction email. Had to spend 20 minutes on the Best Buy live chat to get someone to send me an email with the serial number. All for only 3 months? If I'd paid for this, I would have been even more annoyed!

Just in time to secure my new desktop computer! My Norton’s had just expired and it was very expensive to renew. This was a great alternative and so far it works great!
