The link you keep sending me won’t download. All I get is a picture of the download screen. Tried using customer support from Best Buy and got the same link that still doesn’t work. Useless!!!

I Bought this Laptop, Open-Box Excellent, And I did not receive any original charger (AC Power), in the box only contained the laptop Additionally, the CD / DVD-Rom cover was loose. I am very upset and disgusted with this situation, it was disappointing.

I received this security tool from Trend Micro for free and I am using it on my laptop and phone and it works quite well. Installation was pretty easy, didn't require much time. I enjoy its operation on both my Mac and my Windows PC. It's good that it informs you about missing links on Google and social networks. I've clicked on some dodgy links before, so this is a great opportunity. Although I don't use it much, I find Facebook's privacy scanner feature interesting.
