after i got after that Damnable Safe mode that microsoft absolutely declarers that we need, i was able to load the program. i had to return the computer to best buy to deal with this crap, once i had the folks at best buy disable this stupid safe mode i could load this program. then it seemed to work ok. my level of frustration was fairly high over all this.

Loaded this softward for my dad on his computer and it gave him a sense of confidence having it on the computer. It was easy to load and did not seem to slow down the machine. I think it was a nice add on for best buy to provide when buying a computer....Thanks Best buy

This security software is simple to install and takes very little time to get it up and running. The basic settings out of the box provide the general protection that most users will need but with a little more customization it will allow for more extensive protection in the specific areas that I want. I use it on a Windows 10 machine with no problems and I see very minimal slowdown of any system functions. Essentially set it and forget it because it updates itself while running mostly unseen in the background. It only appears for me if a problem is detected.

Nice and simple to use sortware. Came in handy through email so was easy to just download and get it installed. So far so good with its usage.
