TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY

My delivery was delayed over 7 days and I was not able to cancel the product even when contacting a customer service rep. I had to incurred in additional expenses to pick up the item.

Great device for all artists

I mainly use procreate which does have a steep learning curve if you've never used digital art programs before. I would r commend not updating it to os11, I've had random freezing issues due to that. I wish the pencil was included. But it is Apple so it is expected.

Bonus? More Like Salt in the Wound
