It took 5 days to remedy and I question why they offer 24x7 support when they are not. Toll free# only works Mon-Fri

Not chrome, not gmail, no searching. Haven't figured out what I want to do yet but I basically don't need the software since I can't get online anyway since installing on my pc. Ugh.

Posted .We're glad to hear that you have used Trend Micro in the past and continue to use it, Buster69. We made the decision to use the Internet to download and install Maximum Security because most newer computers no longer include disc drives. This also allows us to prevent older discs from ending up in landfills, where they can take a very, very long time to break down.

For the past few years I've also had them on my mobile device's. Awesome software for privacy, threats, and recovery if stolen or lost. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
