Have used Trend Micro in past years .Always reliable. Easy to install and use. No problems when Scanning and working on computer which is improvement over other software products.

I've used Trend Micro products for years. Very easy to install and effective in what it does. I use them both for my desktop computer and mobile devices.

I have used Trend Micro Maximum Security for many years, starting with Windows XP and now with windows 10. It is relatively easy and the interface is very good. Can't say anything about phone support - I never had to call. Full disclosure - I do have paid MS tech support, but don't recall have a conflict between MS & Trend. I also download free anti-virus software - Super antivirus & Malwarebytes. I use them and delete them once a month. Do not leave these running on your PC with Trend - that would be a problem. Super antivirus deletes more cookies than Trend.

I am a loyal Trend Micro customer. It is my go to brand when in need of internet/computer security because it is very user friendly and effective. I also like that one code can be used on multiple devices making it an economical value.

had norton but went back to trend micro price was better and the product does a better job

I have purchased Trend Micro for the last 5 years and find it superior to the other software that I utilized in the previous years.

Easy to install & use, full featured, works on multiple devices. Was competitively priced and on sale. I've stuck with Trend Micro over other security software because of its ease of use, broad suite of features & ease to install and use on computers, iPads & phones. I've tried many others (Norton, Kaspersky, AVG, etc.) & this is the best.

Has kept my home computer and devices virus free for the last 10 years I have been using their virus protection software

This is a great product. I hate Norton and now Kasperky... This is a great product to use and keep your computer safe...

Installed the day after obtaining and have NO issues or problems since. I've had several of the other "Big Name" security suites but bar none this is the best. I was a long time user of this Security software but got away from it with the "free" security software included with a new laptop purchase. I missed the uncomplicated worry free security of this product. Install it and forget it. If there is a problem, it gets fixed with little or no intervention on your part. Scans are fast and don't bother anything you might be doing, running in the background. Recommendations for improved performance are offered and, if accepted, get taken care of without bothering you. I could go on and on about the many great features Trend has and is why I have come back to using Trend! I'm sorry I ever stopped using Trend, but got sucked in the free security software offered with the purchase of a new computer. Don't you fall into that hole. If you have used Trend in the past, you know of what I speak!!!! I highly recommend you use this great product and don't get caught up in the "free" stuff offered like I did. Long term it just isn't worth it.

Have used Trend Micro for last 3 years and have been completely satisfied. On sale too Which makes it even better.

I've been using Trend Micro PC security products for almost 10 years. This latest version installed easily, offers good protection, and seems to run quite efficiently. The Maximum Security edition purchased offers some extra features beyond standard internet security, the Folder Shield sounds like it would be useful.

I have been using Trend Micro for years and would not switch to another product. Very easy to install/update.

Ive used trend micro for 5 years now and i have not had a issue with viruses, spy ware or anything like that

I'm a huge fan of Trend Micro over the other bigger brand names. It's simple to install, easy to use and excellent at protecting my computer, cell phone and tablet. Plus I still have the ability to add 2 additional devices protected and for a very good price. I highly recommend this product.

Have been using Trend for last 21 years.This marks my 22 year.I am a person if it is not broke don't try and fix it type of guy. That goes along with computers.So that being said.I have had computers break down on me and other things go wrong with them before my Trend has failed me yet."knock on Wood". So you won't go wrong with going with T/M.Just be sure to run all your updates and downloads and your good to go.Easy to work with.Have had others say T/M is not good then down the road you hear them say they are having computer issues and it is not the parts on the computer just whom they went with on their virus software. They now use Trend.lol.............

The program is easy to install and use. Did not take a lot of time to accomplish the install.

We have been using TrendforYEARS! It is the most user friendly as far as installing, using, etc. I always purchase either the maximum or premium security as it is the most secure. If you watch when it goes on sale you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this!
