Been using Trend Micro software for a long time. Never has let me down.

I've been using Trend Micro products exclusively since 2000. My devices have all been protected and never been infected. I love the cell phone protection feature on this version. Desktop and mobile versions both run fast and don't eat up a lot of memory. Only thing I miss from previous versions is the vault feature. i wish that was included. Highly reccomended.

We have been buying the product for 5 years. Never a problem.

Maybe my settings were incorrect but with the Trend Micro turned on, it would drain my battery nearly dead in about nine hours without even using the phone. I removed the install and the regular battery life returned. It appeared as if it is constantly scanning e-mails and any other operation that is "on" even when the phone was idle--buyer beware.

I have been using this product successfully for about 10 years. It is adequate and if you shop around you can get a decent price.

Great computer security. Making it a little more difficult to renew. If it expires you can't just type in your product to renew.

Good deal for someone with multiple computers to safe guard.

Love it! The price was unbelievable! It works great!

I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered this online from the store for the box version of this product so I would have a cd to load the program, and apparently they no longer include a cd with the purchase. The computer I intended to install this on is on satellite internet and it’s to big of a file to download so the product is useless to me so it’s a waste of money. And so I can email the company and get a cd version right ? Well yes it says you can but I emailed them for a cd version over a month ago and still no cd. I have used trend micro products for 8 years and always love the security it provides but as of right now I have a piece of paper laying on a desk with a bunch of numbers and I can’t very well fit that into my cd tray. Not everyone has access to broadband high speed internet.

Great plan for my family with multiple computers. Had no issues installing it and didn't slow down system.

Loved it when it first hit the shelves but over time it takes up to much space so it is good but not for me slows down my work.

Trend Micro is a product that seems to work like it should on my computers, however I had to order (free after purchase) a CD/DVD to get it to load properly. I am assuming my internet speed was too slow to do it over my internet pipe. Once the CD arrived a few days later, it loaded with very little problem at all. Overall, I would buy it again, if the price is low enough, like it was this time.

Trend works good on my Mac. I do not have a lot of hassle with the Mac working slow or constant warnings. It seems to step in when needed. They say you do not need anything when you have a Mac, but i have enjoyed having it as I think it saved me a few times.

This software was recommended to me by the Geek Squad a few years ago. Bottom line, it works! The software does not slow my computer and seems to be filtering/catching anything potentially harmful.
