I had trouble downloading the software to my old computer so I requested a CD. I did not receive it within the 7-10 business days so I contacted them by phone. They said something along the lines that since I didn't respond to their email they didn't send it. I finally received it Saturday, february 25th, the Software is good and reasonably priced it's just the online part is kind of shaky..

In these days, you cannot allow your devises to go one nano second without a security program. I have used Trend Micro for years and never had a problem. Best Buy had this program at less than half the price the company was selling the same thing, only now I can cover ten devises instead of one. Shop Best Buy first.

I've been using this product for 3 years and the service is great. The online disk makes the set up easier and quicker. There's no need to manuelly remove the old virus protector it's done automatically. It provides protection for children - adults and other devices and allows storage for important documents.

I had use other brands but always have problems with signing in or running scans and blocking my computer, but since I got Trend Micro, never have a problem with it. and the updates they provide keeps me protected from any treat. Trend Micro best investment ever to protect my computer.

I been using Trend Micro for 6 years on at least 5 computers and I am satisfied with the protection and ease of updates. Trend Micro does not try to manage too much of your system resources, and is silent in the background. I haven't had any serious issues while using this product!

I have used Trend Micro for years on my computers. It offers protection while being fairly light-weight on the resources. I've used some that really slow the system down. There isn't any virus protection program that catches everything, but Trend Micro catches most.

Trend Micro was suggested to me by a friend years ago, since then, I have seen the beauty of this great program. Further, when you get Trend Micro on sale, you can protect a computer or device for less than five dollars per year! Can't possibly beat that.

Trend Micro Premium Security for Mac is a great security anti virus protection at a reasonable price. Activation was quick and easy, and protection appears to be very thorough. Purchased on sale for much less than other comparable brands and includes personal help if questions arise during the active life of the protection. Great peace of mind purchase.

I have been using Trend Micro for many years and will not use any other antivirus software. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the included URL for download did not work and had to call support. They said that it was down and was being fixed. Three weeks later, the URL still is not working but at least they gave me a workaround.

This is a good security software and allows 10 devices.
