Trend Micro does not care about loyal customers!! Sad! Keeps saying I am unprotected when I bought the yearly license!! Spam mail gets worse every year with Ultimate protection!! Need a live agent - now!!

You have to pay for each part separately. It is a pain in the @zz! Pay for protection, pay for password save, pay for ad block... I paid for the Ultimate protection but had to pay extra for password and other parts, all I could get for that price was virus protection. Even their online site as all parts separate, you can not find ****.

Don't waste your money. I'm order to receive any kind of live customer support they want you to pay an Xtra $70. Plus they weren't able to even detect a live virus.
