Bought this weeks ago, but the unit was delayed half a dozen times. When it finally did arrive, the delivery team was unable to install it. So despite paying $299 for the install (yes, the installation fee is as much as the unit itself!), I had to call and get a specialty crew to come put it in. When they arrived, they said it wouldn't fit (4" too tall for our current opening for the old Frigidaire fridge/freezer).
After looking into it a bit more, it seems the louvered trim kit (shown) is for a 79" opening but a collar trim kit (included but not shown) is only 75".
So now I'm stuck having to schedule a 7th (or more maybe, because honestly who can keep track?) appointment to have them come install it...
What. A. Hassle.
