    The new laptop and DVD player were delivered (free!) to my home less than 48 hours from placing the order. BB is the lowest priced biggest selection and educated place to shop. Thats why its the BEST BUY!

    I needed a cord with two USB connections on each end that were the same so that one end could plug into a flashlight to charge it and the other into a wall charger. One end is different than the other and it wouldn't plug into a regular USB slot. I can't use it.
