Usually random comedies from the 80s aren't treated well on blu-Ray. This is the exception. Troop Beverly Hills fans are in for a treat. The disc features a pristine transfer and even a couple of new special features. This is a ridiculously big step up from the terrible full screen DVD release. Beverly Hills what a thrill!

Shelley Long is awesome! This is one of those classic movies you can watch year after year. Updated to Blu-ray to continue my yearly viewing.

Perfection. As a kid this movie was everything and as an adult gay man. It still is everything. Good fun family film.

I'm glad Sony went out of their way to remaster this film, though not really known when it came out back in 1989. The film has become a classic comedy that needs to be collected, and there are plenty of laughs.

When I was growing up I loved this movie and when I was looking for it I was happy to find it on DVD and share it with my kids and my 4 yr old likes it allot and wants to watch it all the time.

A friend is big on the 80's movies, so I bought him this one, and he just geeked out about it.

I have always enjoyed this film. Not a box office hit when released. So, you know there are NO EXTRAS on this DVD. I did NOT expect any. My complaint about this DVD-no choice to see the film wide screen!! Well, MOST OF THE FILM. I have NEVER understood this but they show the opening credits & a few seconds of the film widescreen but then go to full screen. Why? Makes no sense. Film makers learn by your mistakes. If you had the choice of wide screen/full screen for the film it may encourage people who have never seen it to view it & maybe buy the DVD on their own. And, you see the cameos of several celebrities which is note worthy.
