These seem ok especially if you can catch them on sale. Haven't used them enough to see if they will break as some other comments mentioned.

Tru Grit loop resistance bands perform as expected. Got a great price on Deal of the Day. And the small carrying bag is a great bonus.

I am 5’0 ft. The bands run big on my short petite legs so I’ve had to tie double knots. Otherwise, they do the job and I haven’t had any issues so far. I would recommend this product! Love that it came with 5 different band levels + a bag to carry them.

Very convenient and worthwhile! Needed these during rehabilitation and purchased through DEAL OF THE DAY! The pouch the bands come in keeps them neat and tidy! Highly recommend!

The bans work well. The picture does not do a great job at showing you that they are not the single bands. They are like rubber bands. So they are made more for wearing on ankles and knees. They work great for that. I do use them for my arms. The resistance is great. The colors shwo the resitance level but also has the strength on them. Has a carrying/storage pouch.

The bands work well and are very strong. I use them on my wheelchair to support my ankles when I sit down.

I needed resistsncr bands for some light resistance based physical therapy. These bands do the trick and have held up well so far. I have found some alternate workouts for them outside of my original purchasing reason as well. Ive found thst stacking two or more bands is easy if you need more resistance. They also come with a bag to keep everything together, organized and cklean.

Great for resistance training and toning your legs and arm muscles

These are good quality bands with a decent range of tensions. They stretch well like actual rubber bands and are good for any leg or arm workouts. They feel really strong. You can even travel with them (they come with a little bag).

Great set of bands. My physical therapist recommended I buy some and these offer a good range of resistance. Easy to bring along when I travel.

They are very good for putting around the legs for side stepping (place just below knees) or doing leg lifts. Other exercise I know of require more length to the band. The bands them selves are good, though.

Great bands, offering a fair amount of resistance in a small package. Comes with a neat cheap bag for them which is a plus. Wish they were maybe 2 inches longer
