Great item. I like the lighter duty version. It is sturdy enough snd easy to pack.

The TRX suspension trainer is a compact, versatile system that can be attached to your door or a mount (sold separately). The exercises you can do are only limited to your imagination. Using your own body weight and different angles, this is a great was to keep variety in your workout routine and stimulate your core and other fine-tuned parts of the body.

Great system! I used a TRX system in physical therapy and have found it to be easy to use and well made.

Put up in my garage, it's nice to have something take so little space and gives me a full body workout.

I've used the TRX system many times with my personal trainer over the years and I really like its versatility for both stretching and resistance training. I have now built a gym in my new home and purchased the TRX for this.

Got on sale for 80 for the set. Have used 3 to 4 times a week since I got them. Makes for a quick and quite powerful workout using very little room. Quality of the bands is top notch, no signs of any wear in all this time. I expect this kit to last for years even being used as often as they are. The exercises are quite demanding as you also have to stabilize your core with each move.

Love these. Very easy to set up and fun (but challenging) to use.

System travels great and anchors to doors extremely well without any extra frame installation. Takes 5s to setup or switch length for different exercises. Workout difficultly is completely flexible for fitness level, from beginners to advanced. TRX is also great for assisted stretching or mobility work, which makes it an awesome multipurpose tool.

Wife use it more then me!! The only issue is when I travel You can't hook it up to any door. Has to be a heavy door to support your weight.

I used to use a TRX at a nearby bootcamp. When COVID-19 forced us all to stay home, it was the first piece of workout equipment I bought. I can do so many different workouts and don't need a ton of weights or equipment. Works well hung over a door, but I also added a hook in the tree in my backyard for outdoor workouts.

Great home workout tool. I tried a generic brand resistance tool but its just not as good as the design of the TRX. The self adjusting loop at the top ensures an equal length on both the right and left side as you transition between exercises. Spend the extra money to buy the TRX brand.

It's been super difficult with getting a good workout while avoiding the gyms during this time. I found these straps to be great for a full body workout and for stretching. Would definitely recommend this especially if you don't have room in your house to have heavy bulky workout equipment.

As a physical therapist I have used the pro versions of these for many many years in my clinics. I was a little concerned buying the consumer version, but I have been very impressed!

You can get a great workout with the TRX home unit that I purchased. It comes with a poster of exercises and you really don't need more than a sturdy door for placement. The salespeople were very helpful from walking in the door to checkout.

I’ve always been a fan of trx at the gym but always thought it was too expensive to have at home. I happened to stumble upon this at home kit and I’m happy with it. Although it’s smaller than the commercial straps it still gets the job done. Happy I purchased it.

I use this same equipment at the gym but it is really nice to have it at home. And the price was very good.

So easy and handy to use! I was able to just hang it on the top of my door and work out right at my house! It also comes with a quick guide with many kinds of workout that you can do with TRX which is splendid!
