So glad to have this! It takes minimal effort to mount but provides loads of exercises to stay in shape when you can’t leave your house! After three hour-long exercises a week for the past month the handles are still in great shape!

Can't be beat for when you have limited space and don't want tons of equipment. If you haven't used suspension training before, it is completely different that using weights but so much better for functional strength.

We have it hanging from the floor joists in our basement. It takes a while to get used to the various exercises but it’s been easy to use the system to keep in shape.

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on The upgraded one, but this one had everything the other one had except for the handles were foam but the connections and straps are all the same. The straps were a little thinner but still took up to 300 pounds. It was an exceptional buy for $100 it’s easy convenient to use anywhere I very much love this item. If you’re not using it every day don’t waste your money on the more expensive one!

Great quality and perfect set. TRX brand does make a difference. Others are less expensive but just complicates things due to quality.
