If you are 100 percent committed to exercising, I guess it is worth lying for this, but if you are just going to use it once in a while, I would not recommend it. It is not the easiest to use and price is not cheap.

They do what’s advertised but it’s pretty spendy for a body weight workout. Most everything they can do you can with items from home or office anyway.

Wife insisted she had to have this...used it 3 times total. I wish we had returned it immediately after purchase.

The TRX Fit System is an interesting concept that seems pretty well executed. When I first opened the box I honestly had a bit of a really? This cost how much? But I had heard some good things about it so I was determined not to let this join my somewhere between clean and dirty clothes that hang out on my long forgotten stair climber. First off, the undeniably awesome parts. It’s super small, incredibly light, and probably the most portable workout device this side of a jump rope. Feels like it weighs less than 2lbs. Installation and adjustment took about a total of 5 minutes, and that’s including a 3 minute video I watched on their site. If you are looking for something portable to use on the road I can’t think of anything I’ve ever seen that I would prefer to this item. Once I started some of the exercises I quickly realized how out of shape I had become. I now work at home answering phones for a delivery service. This keeps me pretty attached to my office but I could just feel my body getting softer day by day. I wanted something I could use nearby during slow times that was effective but didn’t take up any space. Im now a few days in and I gotta say I’m sold…and sore…but in a good way. Obviously the system uses your own body weight for resistance. For some reason I had a very limited view of the types of quality positions and exercises that could be achieved with this sort of system. The upper body work seemed clear but really I have found I’ve been able to find muscles I forgot about all over my body. The instruction chart for the various positions is great and I have found some good support content on their site. There are various workout videos available that are easily tailored to my personal (currently pretty low lol) level. Im not sure about the long term durability of the product. It doesn’t exactly feel like the best straps or connectors money can buy, but its not like it feels like it’s about to fall apart or anything either. I am a bit concerned about how the straps lock in place when adjusting. Like maybe they could start to fail and siip after a while. But that’s really my only (maybe in the future) critique. The simplicity and effectiveness of its design is fantastic. Now it’s really up to me to keep up on this. If Im not in the best shape of my 40s in the next month or two it’s really on all me now. I now have the tools at my disposal and a plan to make it happen, I just have to fully execute it.

Great home system for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time or space, simple set up and easy to use. Overall everything is well built and good quality. Very Sturdy. The included videos really do help in the sense that they give you ideas on workouts and rutines, At $100 i feel like its a little overpriced but if you’re thinking about getting this and you find it on sale, then go for it!

My wife and I are what I would consider “average” workout people. Meaning we don’t work out daily and we don’t have the time in the day to go to the gym every single day due to the hustling and bustling of life. For that reason we have purchased a few items to have at our home for a quick workout. The TRX system will be a welcome addition to the equipment we have. It took just as long for me to set this system up as it did to unpack it from the box. Simple! Register on the website and get a couple free workout videos. Simple! Setup and read the easy to read instructions. Simple! My wife has utilized a similar workout system during her PT exercises. She is excited to be able to continue those exercises from the comfort of our home now. She commented on how well built this system is and pointed out that there is no “permanent” installation. Nothing to screw in or cause damage to the current infrastructure of our doorway. We have used the system on a limited basis so far. I don’t think it will completely remove the need for our other equipment (weight set and a pull up bar) but it is definitely a welcome compliment to our system that has a myriad of uses. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for equipment that will provide a quick workout and has limited space for equipment.
