Intense core training using your own body weight. Easy to set up and use. Really good workout.

The TRX suspension trainer is a compact, versatile system that can be attached to your door or a mount (sold separately). The exercises you can do are only limited to your imagination. Using your own body weight and different angles, this is a great was to keep variety in your workout routine and stimulate your core and other fine-tuned parts of the body.

System travels great and anchors to doors extremely well without any extra frame installation. Takes 5s to setup or switch length for different exercises. Workout difficultly is completely flexible for fitness level, from beginners to advanced. TRX is also great for assisted stretching or mobility work, which makes it an awesome multipurpose tool.

Purchased after using a TRX system at physical therapy. I use this to do squats for leg strength. Easy to use. I can hang it right over my closet door and it doesn't take up any space.

I used to use a TRX at a nearby bootcamp. When COVID-19 forced us all to stay home, it was the first piece of workout equipment I bought. I can do so many different workouts and don't need a ton of weights or equipment. Works well hung over a door, but I also added a hook in the tree in my backyard for outdoor workouts.

As a physical therapist I have used the pro versions of these for many many years in my clinics. I was a little concerned buying the consumer version, but I have been very impressed!

You can get a great workout with the TRX home unit that I purchased. It comes with a poster of exercises and you really don't need more than a sturdy door for placement. The salespeople were very helpful from walking in the door to checkout.

It's been super difficult with getting a good workout while avoiding the gyms during this time. I found these straps to be great for a full body workout and for stretching. Would definitely recommend this especially if you don't have room in your house to have heavy bulky workout equipment.

I’ve always been a fan of trx at the gym but always thought it was too expensive to have at home. I happened to stumble upon this at home kit and I’m happy with it. Although it’s smaller than the commercial straps it still gets the job done. Happy I purchased it.

So easy and handy to use! I was able to just hang it on the top of my door and work out right at my house! It also comes with a quick guide with many kinds of workout that you can do with TRX which is splendid!

We have it hanging from the floor joists in our basement. It takes a while to get used to the various exercises but it’s been easy to use the system to keep in shape.

TRX is great to have in general. I recommend for everybody who likes to stay active to have a TRX set. You can hang it anywhere, indoor or outdoor and do a wide variety of exercises using your own body weight and adjust the intensity as you go making it harder or easier for yourself. I also recommend having someone show you how to use it properly if you are a beginner in the exercise world or elderly. However if you are young and in decent shape, you will have fun and it will be easy to figure out. Watch your form! This is not a commercial grade TRX, it is a bit thinner but it will do the job. If you are getting one for your gym then I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra and getting the TRX that is made for commercial use.

Love TRX, and this is a great "portable" answer for when we are traveling or on the road. It attaches to the door, and you can get in a full workout.

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on The upgraded one, but this one had everything the other one had except for the handles were foam but the connections and straps are all the same. The straps were a little thinner but still took up to 300 pounds. It was an exceptional buy for $100 it’s easy convenient to use anywhere I very much love this item. If you’re not using it every day don’t waste your money on the more expensive one!
