These are great! I just wish they had a pack with more resistance. I’m about 100lbs and 4’11 and workout about 3 times a week. The black is good but not good for strength day. Still great for glutes.

Helps alot with your regular stretching. For young and adults. Just wish it was the color blue.

These are good resistance bands for the price. They do smell strongly of latex, though.
