Only used twice, but works fine. it is a good package for training but takes time to figure out how do workout with the equipment in a small space.

Got this a few days back and got right to it. There are lots of videos to get you started. The device itself is very easy to set up and use, once you watch the videos, you can get started right away. I had back surgery a few years ago and was hoping this would be a low impact way for my to get in a a workout. Unfortunately for me this is not going to work. The way this is designed, you really don’t have any support aside from your core. For me this put too much of a strain on my back and long term use is not sustainable for me. For those without back issues, this is a fantastic way to get a workout.

This is a great system! It's so good for a core workout and strength training! And so easy to take with you! It's light and compact and has so many exercises possible! I used the over the door strap and it worked very well. You're definitely going to want to make sure the door you use either swings out rather than in, or if it swings in that it latches very well. We did have an issue with the app and when trying to resolve a login issue over the weekend, there was someone that answered the call, the issue couldn't be resolved until the next business day. They should be able to fix these issues over the weekend I feel. They did call on Monday however and the issue was resolved. Overall, I love this system!

I have had experience in strength training by using the resistance of my body weight in exercise, but it has either involved a cumbersome piece of gym equipment that is best left set up, or elastic bands that often wear out and break. The TRX (total-body resistance exercise) Suspension Trainer is a new experience for me and one in which I did not quite know what to expect. It is a different experience in that it is so portable it can be used almost anywhere, indoors or out, and it is not made of elastic that can break and sting you when you least expect it. Instead, it is made of very strong adjustable straps and carabiners, suspension and door anchors that can be used together to train your upper and lower body as you strengthen your core. Repetition is the key to building strong muscles and making the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer a part of your routine allows for strengthening and toning many different muscles on the upper and lower body. As you increase muscle, you will also burn fat. The TRX Strong System comes with the TRX strong suspension trainer that has adjustable straps as well as padded foot cradles and soft foam handles. It also comes with the suspension anchor to secure the trainer indoors and outdoors and a door anchor that can be used at home, but also enables the TRX to be used while on the road in hotels so that it can be a part of your routine daily. All of this is packed in a mesh carrying bag with a user guide poster and a key to access 8 workout videos online. To access the videos (which can be downloaded and saved to your device), the key code along with the serial number must be entered. The serial number can be found on the straps and helps you also register your product for the 1-year warranty and safeguard yourself from counterfeits which might not be made safe and strong like the TRX. Incidentally, the trainer has a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs. I really needed to add this to my daily routine as I don’t always make it to the gym. I am already finding lower back relief by strengthening my core and building muscles in my upper body. The workout videos in the library address exercises for arms and shoulders, chest and back, legs and hips, core, stretch, and includes yoga, tennis, MMA, golf, healthy back, flexibility and endurance. I am very impressed with the TRX Strong System Suspension Trainer and have made it part of my morning routine. It takes less time to target certain muscle groups and implement a routine of repetitive exercises that addresses those muscle groups than it does to drink a cup of coffee.

I have really enjoyed this product. Setup is really easy and you are able to perform a lot of different exercises quickly and effectively. The idea is simple, handles and loops that allow you to perform push/pull exercises. The straps are easily adjustable in length for quick transition and have both hand and foot loops/grips. The top is simply secured with the wrap-around strap or over the doorstop.(Note: I am using this on an interior hollow door with the doorstop. I did although, use a towel over the door to prevent rubbing damage to the door!) I use the doorstop currently and am able to get in a quick 100 rep workout in about 5 minutes. Consisting of squats, bicep curls, back rows, and pushups. The adjustable straps allow you to set up your strength and comfort level accordingly. Included in the kit as well as a quickstart poster of exercises and of course the TRX workout subscription. There are so many different exercises and workouts available there and on youtube. So there a a lot of ways to use this. Lastly, there is the travel bag, this will hold the straps and all for easy travel. So you can maintain your workouts where ever you go. I would highly recommend this product for those that are both getting started in their workout journey and those that are serious and need travel options. Price-wise, I thought it was a little on the high side for MSRP. But I have seen several sales that bring the price to a reasonable point. These are VERY well made and will last quite a long time!
