EASY PEASY

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been completing my taxes with the TURBO TAX program for years…it is very easy to use…they have two options to fit your needs…you can go through every section or you can choose what you want to work on…this is the first time I purchased the “download” version and I thought it was much easier to install than the actual CD version…BEST BUY also had the best price.

The product was on the other side of the store. I’ve always gone to Best Buy‘s to get TurboTax every year

Poor support and couldn't complete in app purchase

Only giving them 2 stars because of history of a decent product and i did use the product to file federal return.

Turbo-not-turbo at all.

I have been trying to "activate" it over 12 hours/over several days. A complete waste of money (assuming the disc is better and actually works). Best Buy should provide either version based upon the customer's preference. Otherwise, this is my LAST TurboTax year!
