Great for filing your taxes, did not encounter any problems

Have used in the past with great results. Ability to submit refund electronically makes life easier. Have not had any returns rejected or returned and goes through the various tax forms in an easy-to-follow manner. I also like the ability to file my State tax without having to re-enter a lot of the information.

Turbo tax is working good an does a good job of taxes

I think they changed the software somewhat. I have used this for years. However, it was a little more challenging to go back and check forms this year. There were also fewer explanations. Is this a way to make you sign up for their physical staff service?

I have used TurboTax for many years to complete my taxes. I chose to purchase the “download” version from Best Buy this year because I could use my Bed Buy Card & because my optical drive on my computer no longer works, making it impossible to buy the DVD install version at a store.

I pay an accountant for my own complex tax, but I use this for three of my children's not-so simple taxes. There were some glitches last year, and they seem to have been worked out. Keep track of all the codes and passwords at the time of purchase, or it could be confusing.

The above image says Federal + State. In reality, they said both programs are available, but it cost an additional $25 to submit the state. No problems installing or using the software

The digital version is great, downloads fast and we were able to do our state and federal taxes on it. Too bad it cannot reduce what we owed this year :(. If you have relatively simple taxes, this is for you.

I use this program every year for my taxes. I had a little bit of a problem this year and had to do some research. It all came out in the end and I was able to file electronically in the end. The instructions could be a little bit clearer.

Very satisfied with the TurboTax program. Used this program for filing and figuring out our taxes. Have used TurboTax the past several years and find it very simple to use . It is always accurate. I purchased it at the Best Buy store and it was on sale from the regular going price . I recommend this program for everyone that likes to file their own taxes and not wanting to pay the cost of hiring an accountant

Great little fridge/freezer for a dorm/office/contingency. Just enough capacity to keep the bare necessities safely cold and easily accessible. And it even qualified for a 25-dollar Energy-Star rebate!

Excellent experience. Download Link and Code were delivered in minutes. Very quickly downloaded and installed product. Excited that I am ahead of the game this year to get rolling on my taxes.

I’ve used turbo tax for years using the CD. This was the first time I download it. I found it frustrating. As I recall downloading went ok, but installation was difficult. To this day, I have no idea what I actually did to get it to install. Just went to actually do my taxes…I have to activate it and I need the code. Thankfully I didn’t delete my January email that contained that info. CD was way easier As far as turbo tax itself, dies a fine job but I think for the price there should be a free state efile, not just a free state download

This years Turbo Tax product was very confusing by the way they asked the question and the way format. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and this was my worst experience.
