Easy to use if you remember your password, otherwise you have to jump thru hoops with Intuit. I guess security is a good thing.

Always use turbotax deluxe to do my taxes. Works well for me. Only complaint is the charge to efile state taxes. Download from Best Buy was easy with no problems.

Easy online purchase, everything was easy. Hard to say I love paying my taxes, but at least it was as painless as it could be to buy online from Best Buy.

Extremely thorough tax preparation software, it handles every tax situation I have encountered, I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember.

Turbotax is okay. I have been using it for several years and have not tried another tax software. I feel like the questions it asks you are often general in nature and I still spend a significant time trying to figure out the path I need to take to get the best tax return for me. I actually had to restart 3 times to get to what I felt was a correct return. Turbotax does irritate me when it keeps saying lets get the best return for you and I had to pay a lot . :-(

It does easily guide you through the tax steps makes you wonder why people pay hundreds to get their taxes done

Due to the turbotax idiotic phone tree I am unable to use the software I bought from you. I changed my phone a year ago and intuit requires me to receive a confirmation on that phone In order to even allow me to talk to a customer rep so I can tell them I no longer have that phone number. Because of that I have been unable to download the software. I tried returning the software even asking for credit instead of cash back but all I get is platitudes. So fine I am out the price you charged me... And the owner of a software package I can use...soooo... I went to Amazon and bought H & R tax software. Intuit lost a customer because I am not renewing anything with their brand name in my computer. You at Best Buy lost a cash paying customer for computers, peripherals, games, home appliances etc. You can keep your points.... I am never buying from you again...I am an ornery consumer and when I feel wronged I vote by taking my money elsewhere.

I have used this product for many years for family returns. It is efficient and data transfers easily from year to year.
