Use online version not desktop.

What happened

This year I have had multiple software issues and I’m not sure the tax was calculated properly. I think I’m done with this software.

Don't expect help from the Geek Squad if you have

I contacted the Geek Squad, but after getting the run around by 4 so called experts, and 2 hours on the phone i had to reorder another program, and having to pay for it, and waist my time driving to BestBuy, I was unable to get a refund on both orders. I will never call for their software support. And they need to have people that speak and understand English-speaking.
