This is probably the last year I'm using TurboTax.

It didnt save my progress and I had to restart, then the software went into "not responding" and recovery every time I would try to type something in. Then I tried to close a help window and it closed the entire program. I was scared I had lost my progress, AGAIN. Thankfully I did not, but geez TurboTax, the QC seems to have gone out the window this year.

hit or miss

There is a lot of issues I have with this software, I recently got it and I am not able to do taxes with it. I am not sure why I will have to call their customer service. :(

Digital Library did not download

Had a message that there was an issue, and would not download. Took talking to 6 people to get an email. 3 did not send emails even when they said that they would.

Trouble w Download of TurboTax

Called BestBuy and a Geek Squad Tech had to assist w the download. Took over an hour to perform what should have been a simple task. In the future will purchase from elsewhere.

It would have been cheaper to file through their website than purchasing this software. Will never file with TurboTax again, their advertisments are misleading and inaccurate. If you buy this, note you’ll see hidden fees when ready to file.

Terrible Tax Filing Fees

Print, Mail, more of my money back in my wallet. *Save your money and time and try a different process*

Flawed software

Review code set account. Before printing outcome TTI ask for money to use software. Got on chat no resolution. Can’t print tax return

Great Tax saving software

The new software updates the depreciation etc from previous year. It is the best software ever developed!
