Year after year, a great product. A fair price. easy to use.

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and it is a great product, easy to use and reasonably self-explanatory. This year I ordered it from Best Buy and instead of them sending me the CD, it was sent to me digitally. The good thing about this is that I have Total Tech and one of the Geek Squad folks downloaded it for me and installed it on my computer.

Turbotax is an excellent product. I have used the CD version for 15+ years without complications or problems. The 2021 version is my first on-line, and it was easy to download. Historical Turbotax files were automatically located off my PC, and I am ready for the 2021 data entry.

The purchase was easy to make and I was able to download the software within minutes. The program is easy to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I missed the small print that efile for the state return is an extra charge. I think information like that should be more prominent so we clearly know what we're getting.

Couldn’t believe how easy it was to get my taxes done through TurboTax. I received my returns fast as well. I’ll never go back to paying someone else to do my taxes unless it gets complicated for some reason. Setting up your profile is easy and paying the return fee for state taxes is even easier.

The download was straight forward. TurboTax was installed and I have been entering our tax data as they become available. We have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for several years, and take advantage of e-filing to get our return in early and so minimize the possibility of scammers filing a fake return on our name.

Once downloaded, had difficulty only with my erroneous entries on Form 1099R. Once I input the proper data, everything fell into place. Bottom line, no problem with the product, the problem was me. I've used this product in prior years and always had satisfactory results.

No issues with installing the software. It does what it does and it's great that both the Federal and State are bundled together. Definitely cheaper than going to the other paid tax services if your tax situation is relatively simple.

The Intuit Turbo Tax Deluxe for Federal and State Tax filing from Best Buy was the absolute BEST ! Very simple to use from the electronic download, cost was less than what it cost a year ago, and it only cost $20 for the State filing with the Federal E-File.

Easy to download, safe and secure as well....overall a great product and you can save money by using yearly discounts once you purchase it the first time. It took us less than 10 Days to receive both our State and Federal Returns after using TurboTax!!

TurboTax is always excellent at calculating the correct amount of tax for typical to somewhat advanced tax returns. However, the install from their server is very slow, and starting the software is very slow.

I have used this software for the past 10 years and it is very reliable and informative. I would recommend it to everyone. You do your own taxes without having to pay money. They even offer free filing on simple returns.

This Turbotax Software is easy to use and understand. It walks you through step by step in preparing your taxes. If you aren't sure if you can qualify for certain credits or tax breaks it thoroughly explains it to you.
