I have used Turbo Tax for years, & have always been very happy with their software. This year I did the download instead of the CD version, & am very pleased that I did. I strongly recommend Turbo Tax.

Best way of doing your taxes if you do-it-yourself. Follow the props that they give you. and you wont have any problems, And if you do you can call them on the phone. They are very helpful.

Just like last year, the activation box did not work. It took a long time to work around the problem. It appears that the same program bugs from last year still persist.

It was cheaper than what it would of cost on their website so was very happy & knew what to expect out of the software. Easy process from start to finish with simple instructions on everything.

Turbo tax is the best in my opinion, I've tried other programs and they just didn't add up with the right numbers I get from turbo tax. I always have and always will use turbo tax for my taxes.

Purchased this download software online and asked for a price match. The rep was able to match the price form another site. Happy with this purchase, been using this tax software for years.

I think it's bad that you pay for the Federal software, but have to pay for them to e-file the state. Had some error messages with the initial download and had to hunt in the community for answers only to realize others had some error messages. Why doesn't Turbo Tax update their software when these glitches are found. Had to keep starting over. Did my daughter's taxes also with this and the Federal government refunded her more than Turbo Tax said she was to get. She has very minimal things to input on her taxes. No explanation as to why, but she was happy.

Have used for many years and always does a good job. Very simple to use unless you have something unusual or a fair amount of investment activity.

Have used TurboTax to prepare tax returns for myself and family members for years. Simply answer the questions and your are done. There is help offered for more complicated items.

it works well once I got the correct download. Initially they sent me a download that already issued to some else and I have to contact Turbotax and get a replacement download.
