Years ago, I used Turbotax to file taxes, and found it easy to use and accurate. While I have no doubt about it's accuracy, anything more than a straightforward return is not so simple. The questions are not always clear, and sometimes the help topics point you to a certain IRS tax code or on the other hand, can lead you to voluminous general information that requires a lot of searching. Personally, I I think that one of the popular tax preparation websites would have been at least as easy. The software was less expensive in my case, though.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, both cd and download versions. This year I purchased the download version from BB. I had problems downloading it, kept getting a message that the product key had already been used, yet I could not find the download. I requested a refund from Turbo Tax but they said that they could not process it. I later went to the my BB account and checked downloads and it was there. So ultimately I got it, but was a frustrating process, so gave it a four star rating. Otherwise I am pleased with Turbo Tax.

Most of the entries are easy to fill in however, it could be better to provide references to the IRS documentation for the questions.

I've been using TurboTax for years. Usually buy CD but last year and this year went with the download. It was easier to download than to get out on a cold rain day. It was a little harder this year to purchase and download?. This program seams a little more redundant than years past but it gets the job done.

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. Easy to use and I have never been audited. I can't imagine processing my taxes without it . It walks you through any situation you may encounter. Child Care, transportation, charity giving, and the list goes on

I’ve used Turbo Tax for several years. It is really easy to use- it walks you through many questions to find every opportunity for savings. Also it allows a download of your W2s. I used to get CDs, but now the electronic download is even easier.

Program was easy to download and activate. I liked that I could file taxes for everyone in the family with this one program. Instructions were clear and all my questions were answered with the help menue.

I’ve been using turbo tax for years and it’s a great and easy to use program and it’s better to get the digital version from Best Buy since it’s the best price then getting it directly from there website

Since I live in a state which just requires me to submit the just federal. I decided to purchase this version. Intuit TT is very straightforward and easy to use.

I have been using TurboTax for almost 14 years or more and I will keep using it. It’s so easy just answer the questions and the software does it all for you.

I have been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember. Pretty easy to use and understand. I can't compare to others but do like the product.

I LOVE Turbo Tax. I use it every year and never had any problems. This year I purchased and downloaded the digital version and it worked like a charm!:)

I got a house last year and this pull up a ton of deductible I didn't know I could even do. Also great to report all of my GME lost for an extra refund.

It does what it is suppose to do. I was disappointed that not all of the forms were ready from the IRS, but that is not Turbotax's fault.

Easy to use. I have used TurboTax for the last eight years. Wouldn't change now for anything. Quick turnaround on refunds with electronic filing.
