I ordered the software not realizing I couldn't use it this year because the new computer I bought from Best Buy no longer has a cd drawer. When I tried to return the UNOPEDED software I couldn't because you don't accept returns on software, even though it plainly said on my receipt that I could return it by a certain date.

The update process for the program this year is very problematic. I had to uninstall and reinstall the program multiple times to get it to work.

Did not calculate correctly if you have HSA, Health savings account. Ended up p going to HRBlock to have my taxes done. Cost me $80, Turbo tax cost me $49.

For the second year in a row. Intuit software misquoted my tax return! The IRS wrote me and explained the error and TurboTax failed to calculate the correct return.
