    I've used Turbotax for many years, even as my taxes have grown simpler after retirement. BUT for the first time ever I had trouble getting the program installed and working on my PC and had to spend a long time on the phone with a customer representative. Even after I got it working, I still had problems, since it couldn't "find" my 2022 tax files on my hard drive. I figured out an easy work-around for this final (I hope) difficulty, but I wonder what Turbotax has done to their Deluxe program to suddenly make it so buggy. I still recommend it, but with caution.

    It does what it is supposed to do. Update on every startup is a little annoying but if you can read you can probably do your taxes with this software

    The product os okay. I will get the job done, but it isn't that easy to navigste to the forms that you need. Uou can locate them but you have to navigate through the return to locate them.

    A very good tool to organize and complete your annual Tax obligations. We complete our Federal and State Tax as well as our School taxes.

    Walked in got my turbo tax purchase and did't have to wait in line so easy in easy out. I was able to complete my taxes that day.

    Excellent software. Don’t need a a cd or dvd to load to computer, because newer computer do not have ce player.

    I normally give turbotax a five star review. This years model doesn't let use overrides without a hassle.

    Too many issues with the software this year. Other than the technical issues it’s easy to file your taxes.

    Was disappointed that they charged a processing fee of $20 which have last year plus the $20 e-file for state which I knew they would. Still like it.
