Piece of garbage support system

My wife and I filed our taxes separate that year. After she filed I tried to load it and it would not let me. I ended up going to H&R lock to submit which costed me even more money. When I tried to get help I ended up on a help site which I didn't realize charged me money. When I finally realized I was getting a recurring charge I was out $600. Thanks for nothing Turbo Tax.
