    The first one I purchased in March did not work. Very frustrating. You need the 16 digit code, which Best Buy failed to forward to me.. I called Intuit for help but unable to assist. Returned to Best Buy but they also couldn’t find the code. Had to return the item for credit then purchase a new one. Still confusing. Took a while to install it.
