Won’t buy it again

Ended up having to pay for a second one with a download. I even bought a new desktop computer and it still doesn’t work

Robbed without a gun

I had to purchase personal 60 and it still did not download onto my computer. Don't know what's going on with this product. But I didn't get my taxes done. So I have to pay penalty because of it

Won’t load!

I tried loading the Mac version but it would not load and then it told me the number was already in effect but it would not load. I happen to have a regular laptop and it loaded instantly. Hopefully I don’t get any more errors. I goggled the Turbo Tax and there were all sorts of problems so it wasn’t my fault.
