A total scam!

I get one "free state" file but when I tried to file it says I owe 20.00. I will not use this software next year.

OS System of 12.0 or better to download

It would have nice if the specifications page had that listed as I just wasted my purchase

I can't log-in to Intuit, therefore, I can't use the product; yet, I am forced to pay for it anyway. BB is disgusting in this policy.

Instructions are confusing have to contact Intuit for assistance. I will not purchase it from Bestbuy next year.

No activation code on receipt.

Turbotax works well as expected

State needs work to make it more user friendly
