Turbo Tax is okay

I miss the disc, which I think is safer than digital because not able to move to another device when computer stops working, etc.

no license code

Always bought because it was cheaper to get CD version. Don't get at Best Buy. Change from last year - You are supposed to get the license code on your receipt. Wasn't there. Support from Turbotax was get it from your retailer.

Unable to use

Intuit and no one can seem to get the program to work properly. Now being told I can't get a refund since it's a digital download even though I can't use the product. Customer service his completely horrible and useless.

Do not buy this at Best Buy

I brought it home and on the registration card it had no code, just a note that said the code was on my receipt, it wasn’t. I called Best Buy and turbo tax an hour later I just went with Hand R block. Just go to the website.

not an easy install
