    The product works great. The Best Buy delivery of instructions were severely lacking. There had to be a problem with their server because it took 3 days to deliver it and when it did I had 6 different messages. Thankfully I was able to figure out how to get my product to work without the instructions

    The best part of my purchase was Eddie's getting the license code for me when it did not come with my purchase. Then I could easily get the product to work for me and efficiently fill in all the details and pay my taxes.

    We have used TurboTax for all of our taxes for over a decade. Works well and tracks data across the years. Easy to install and reasonably priced. Can conveniently submit state and federal tax returns online.

    Easiest way I found to do my taxes. Can’t understand why it cost to file State but Federal is free. You’d think since I paid for the State Tax add on, there wouldn’t be another charge, but there is. $25 for e-file.

    TurboTax worked as promised. Best Buy store personnel were very helpful with the mechanics of the purchase, which was not as simple as taking the item to the cash register as in the past.
