    It wasn’t complete when I purchased it online, because of hew tax laws. The biggest problem is I like to have the cds for backup, and you only offered it online.

    The geeks loaded it and IT WORKS - that is the best part. It was kind of confusing at first but they ifgured out how to buy get it onto my computer. I could not E file lthis year for some arcane reason. Thank you.

    I have been using this product since its inception and I absolutely trust it and Best Buy to deliver it to me digitally. I have used it every year since it’s been released to do my taxes and helped my children do their taxes.

    I ordered the Turbtax Federal only by mistake. I needed the Federal with state software. Noticed my mistake about 30 minutes after I placed the order. Spent at least 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy customer service agents trying to cancel the order and place an order for the correct software. Was told by several CS agents that this was possible but they were not capable of completing the task, so they transferred me to someone who could help me. After getting the run around for 3 hours, the last CS agent told me that an exchange could not be made and I just wasted my hard earned money ($73.84} on software that I cannot use. Reference to Case #350105567. Very disappointing! Please be aware that I have not downloaded the software and never will. I have purchased many products from BestBuy over the last 5-10 years, but this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Best Buy. You just lost a customer.
