    Over priced .Turbo tax is no longer user friendly. I have used the program for over 10 years and I would purchase a CD from BB to download the program. Now there is no CD and using the online version is garbage. Just about every step in the information gathering process is followed by a request to upgrade. Downloading from previous years was difficult. I will no longer use Turbo Tax.

    The salesperson failed to tell me or ask me regarding 2 forms of Turbo Tax Deluxe. When I got home , I found that out and tried to get a refund to buy the one that was federal and state. The store refused a refund saying all sales of software were final. Overall my experience caused me to feel very negatively towards Best Buy.

    Always use turbo tax for my taxes and every 4th year I have them done by a professional and double checks my taxes done through TT. Everytim they are accurate and done perfect. Download and set is super easy. A 5 year old can do it. Purchase and download for the best software for taxes.

    This program does not install if you have Windows 11. I have wasted 3 days trying to get this program to install, I finally returned it to B Buy for a refund and will be using the H&R Block program this year.
