Reliable software, accurate, easy to navigate- have used for years. Note that it does not work on Windows 10.

I've used TT for well over a decade now. My taxes used to be pretty simple, but the last 2 years I have had some stock buying and selling. This software imports the data and does all the math, making it simple. One thing I don't like though is that they try to upsell you, either for audit protection or live support, which are fine options. But this year they try to talk you into upgrading to "Premium online" for "free". It's not free. With it comes some unexpected fees. Luckily I searched and found answers, and stuck with the desktop version.

Easy to use, taxes done fast. Error check on point, highly recommend.

I have come to rely on Turbo Tax for it's ease as well as reliability

I do not have a complicated return, so this was easy this year, as in brings over last years info, edited it for new info (I retired), added a new 1009-R....and prayed I did not owe too much due to cashing in lots of EE Bonds. I submitted both Fed and State and received refunds very quick.

We have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years and it does a very good job with the step-by-step process to make sure that you enter everything that will give you the maximum return. However, it does make it easier if you also use an accounting system like Quicken to give you the correct amounts to enter in categories that you don't receive a IRS form, like a 1099R.

Pro: Easy to use. Quick to complete tax filing. Con: Getting more expensive. If you don't do State e-file, it will default mailing a paper check. You will need to fill out all direct deposit by hand and uncheck the paper check. If you go to the form, choose direct deposit and filling out your bank account info, it will assume you want to do e-file later and messed up the instructions.

I've used this product for more than 10 years. This year is the first time I've had problems with it. The product works fine, however, it somehow determined that I owed GA state tax, when I know seniors don't pay GA state tax,

I have used this software for more than a decade and it always makes taxes easy. The import of the previous years data is always helpful.

Easy download and purchase, although I am old fashioned and would prefer a disc... or at least a cardboard! But have been using Turbotax for years, so staying with them.

Since you can no longer find the actual disc to install, I was forced to purchase a download version which I have never wanted to do for fear I would pay and then the download wouldn't work, but I was very pleased that everything went perfect with this download and now will always purchase the download version through Best Buy.

I downloaded Turbotax and used it for doing taxes The download went flawless and I finished doing my taxes.

It was very effortlessly to install the software. Would recommend it.
