Not happy. TTax is Win 11 only this year.

Not happy with TTax this year. Best Buy didn't help either. I have been a TTax user for many years. This year I purchased the usual version of TTax that I use and downloaded it as usual. After purchase and upon installation, Intuit tells the user (me) that it won't install TTax on my computer because I have to upgrade to Win 11 because Win 10 is no longer supported by Intuit / TTax. No where is that bit of information posted by Intuit or Best Buy. Any user that gets stuck this way will have to use the online version of TTax which is NOT what I wanted to do. I absolutely object to Intuit prostituting itself to Microsoft to boost the installation of Win 11 being pushed on computer users.

Program is Great, BB delivery Sucks!

The program is awsome. Best Buy delivery sucks. When it came time to download link on their wp didn't work. Spent 4 hours with customer service tried to claim it was my pc. Through 4 departments finally promised that I would be emailed a link that never came. Btw, I purchased,downloaded and setup the program in less than 10 minutes frim Intuit. Never again!
