I use TurboTax for more than 10 years. It includes free five federal e-files, one state return, lets you transfer the previous year's returns from your files. Its very easy to use and reliable software. If you provide your bank info, the funds will be transferred from IRS directly to your account and no delay with the stimulus check.

I’ve used this tax software for the last 20 years. While it’s not perfect, it does a great job helping you through the process. It’s very cautious and conservative so you may need to review some federal and state tax laws if you feel that something it tells you is questionable. I highly recommend this tax software for first time filers.

I gave it a four star this year, not because the program doesn't work or it's not easy. It really is an easy way to do your taxes, if there is such a thing. The reason I give it four stars is because when you file your Fed. & State taxes there is a fee of $19.99 which in the past you could simply pay it with your card, or they used a bank and charged you out of your Fed rebate. However; this time Intuit wants you to upgrade your tax program from Deluxe to the next step up. Otherwise, I was lucky and received my refund fund very quickly.

I've been using Turbotax for years. Once you get into the habit it gets harder to switch to another product. All your records from previous years are stored and its just easier to stick with them. That said, I really don't have any experience with other products and can't tell you they aren't as good or better. I also find it annoying that there is no charge for filing your federal return online but you have to pay extra to file your state return. But, again, it just makes it easier to file both online at the same time.

Have used TurboTax for years to do my taxes and this is the only software I will trust to file my taxes. This Turbo Tax takes you through step by step you can always go back to check something to make sure that it is correct and at the end it will check to make sure you didn’t miss anything and that everything is correct and if something is wrong it will help you correct it before you move on to do your state taxes

Extremely easy to use, did my son's and parents' taxes as well as mine, so way cheaper than going to a professional. It is all question driven, so it is hard to make a mistake. However, it is best to let it guide you the first time, so you don't miss anything.

Turbotax has improved over the years in its functionality and ease of use. The software has better explanations when you have a question too. If your taxes are straight forward then this is great software to use. If you have complex filing needs then hire the appropriate preparer for your needs.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It's nice to have a consistent interface for entering tax information from year to year. Not to mention the comfort of knowing someone is watching over your shoulder (so to speak) to prevent dumb mistakes. Electronic filing is so convenient as is the import from your last return to get your filing kick started. The included state download is always handy, compete your federal filing and you're practically done with the state return.

I have used Turbo tax for about seven years. I was always one to procrastinate doing federal and state taxes because of the hassle and expense. I started doing my own with TT and now actually look forward to doing our taxes as soon as all the W-2s and 1099s are in. TT is very user-friendly.

Turbo tax is always easy to use with only a few places where the description of entries are a little hard to decipher. All in all a good product. I had a problem logging in to pay for the state e-file but a phone call connected me to a person who knew what they were doing and solved the problem.

I've used Turbo tax for years and have never been disappointed and it's been used for my personal taxes, but I've used the one for income property too and have been very pleased with both of them and saves a couple hundred bucks, at least, by doing my own. Easy to follow instructions.
