Accurate and Ease of Tax Filing

The last 3 years I have used turbo tax. It guides you and checks for errors. Such a cost effective tool.

DIY Taxes - save money you money!

Just kidding; well if you have to do it might as well use a product that will help you get it done in a timely matter. Stop procrastinating and get the software!

Intuit no adequate to upload previous year

Had to re-enter everything manually. What is supposed to save time created more work in the long run. If I have to do it all manually year to year what is the point of using the product. File is too large, really maybe you should design your product to import the previous year's files no matter how large they are.

Not Ready for Review

The federal government and state forms are not all ready to use so there is no way to decide on how good and complete the program is. I have used turbo tax for many years and have not had any problems. I expect the same here.

Just sale me the disc!

Love turbo tax but haven’t been able to get tech support to help. Been on the phone for 4hrs over the issue. They hung up on me like 4 times and would call back just to have their phones disconnect again. Finally the last lady said she would resend the pin and then couldn’t, and said the ‘pin team’ / ‘code team’ could do it but might take 24 to 48hrs. We’ll see. This has been a terrible experience.

Bad support during tax season
