BEWARE OF FINE PRINT - BEST BUY HIDES

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After working with Intuit with the 2022 level of business and home and business that I had to by directly from them, it was discovered that Turbo Tax can not handle multiple 1031 deals in the business level so they REFUNDED me all my money for 2022 and I bought Lacerte. Best Buy on the other hand has fine print that provides no refund under any circumstance. Since TT can not handle 1031 exchanges I had no need for the 2023 business and home and business modules. Best Buy REFUSES to refund. I wrote to corporate twice to ask WHY don't they put up an ethical message before purchase to be fair to customers that there are no refunds so the customer can be informed. but they couldn't even be bothered to respond with a canned email. BOTTOM LINE . . . I never downloaded the 2023 software. however Best Buy is forcing me to pay for UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS totaling $ 317.98. Customer Loyalty and Fairness means nothing to Best Buy. Thank God for Amazon.
